Upcycled Vintage Sewing Box

I found this vintage sewing box at a garage sale for $5. It was literally falling apart and was filthy. I took it home, cleaned it up, made some minor repairs and went to town beautifying it.

Decoupaged pink roses and the Declaration of Independence. Black and gold paint sealed with a high shine lacquer. This old sewing box went from a hunk of junk to a really unique piece.
